The Organization Design

All great change is preceded by chaos. And “chaos” is an apt descriptor of the last few months. It’s not entirely clear what tomorrow’s organization - by way of design - will look like, but in all likelihood it will be flat, focused, flexible and fertile (to new ideas). And as a society we are still exploring how to: (1) build a suitable platform for new technology; and (2) accommodate the reality that tomorrow’s organization will be a team of teams.
